Changyi Dayou Weaving, Printing & Dyeing Co.,LTD. is a Sino-USA joint venture established in 1997 with fixed assets RMB2.5 billion and more than 800 staff members, it lies in the north of “China Dyeing Town”, Changyi City, Shandong Province, China, and covers 100,000 square meters of land. It is a modernized complex of weaving, printing and dyeing. The main products are all kinds of high-grade and medium-grade dress and garments materials, such as pure cotton, polycotton dress materials, T/R, W/R and others. The production capacity is 60,000,000 meters per year among which 45,000,000 is cotton favrics. These are sold to Europe, America, Africa, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and other countries and areas. The others are T/R fabrics which are sold all over the country, and by now the company have gained good fame for high quality products and good credit standing.
The total equipments of the company are 176 sets, most of them are advanced and first-rate in the world, it includes German Brukner Tenter 4 sets, Korea L-2000 tenter 1set, Italy origin D-1150, D-1300 Auto Clay 2 sets, soft dyeing machine 68 sets, Desizing and Scouring Range 4 sets, Chainless Padless Mercerizing Range, Hot air Padding Mangle, Fabric Singeing Frame, Peaching Machine, German origin Photoelectric Weft correcting Apparatus 2 sets and other equipments. The top-ranking equipment guarantees first-rate product quality.
